I live in a very dry climate, and in the winter I always get cracked skin right where the nail meets the finger at the top (I think it's called the cuticle... or at least right above it). Does anyone have any tips to prevent this from happening? It's really annoying. ThanksHow to keep where the nail meets the finger from drying out?
seriously as much as a guy probably doesn't want to hear this the best thing you can do is go in a nail place for a simple manicure...they trim the cuticle. also when you get out of the shower push it back on each finger with another nail and rub some baby oil or vitamin e into it.
