U wont believe this until u try. Rub the finger nails with a clove of garlic everyday, makes the nails grow faster and stronger.
Take a calcium supplement too. Increase ur intake of milk/cheese/yoghurt. All r good sources of calcium.What is the time it take to grow a finger nail?
I broke my nail so low,it hurt so much and bled, OWW about 2 weeks later iy had grown alot. I really don't think there's a definate answer about growth,every one is different, Your body has it's own genes. When u get your hair cut does it grow back in quick or slow? ur answer will determine how fast ur body works. As far as growing faster the key is keeping them strong,so they don't break. for ur insides to build hair %26amp;nail strength gelatin,protien %26amp; and vitamins,also Salmon is great. zalwats keep polish on ur nails , tha Sally Hanson hard as Nails is good or any polishes that strengthen. idk like hecka slow....i used 2 use that sally hanson stuff but yeah that worked pretty good....i always peeled it off so it didn't work that godd but idk try that!
I don't think there's any definitive time-line for growing finger nails. It's like hair, it's going to differ between people.
My nails grow very fast, but not my daughter's. I don't think that you can MAKE them grow faster. But when they do start growing, you can do things to make them look better. File them to round them and gently push your cuticle back. There are also creams that you can rub into the nail and cuticle.
