It is bad habit and cant control. Is everyone has same thing before???How can i stop bit my finger or nail?

Think about every item that you touch in a day, then think about millions of people touching the same item that you touch that don't wash their hands, scratch body parts, wipe their noses, sneezes, wipes baby poop, touching money,etc. The average person does not say let me go and wash my hands before I bite my nails. Now you tell me are these things that you want to go into your system. Not only is nail biting unattractive but its unhealthy, you make the decision!
The best way to stop biting them I have found is to think about the fact that if you have any type of infected dirt under your nails you could end up with pinworms, which you don't want trust me. My daughter had the same problem until this happened to her, once you have pinworms and have to take about 12 pills, you'll not want to chew on them again. (pinworms-small worms in the intestinal cavity that will cause dicomfort or visual in bowel movements or at night while sleeping with a itching in the anal area.)
i work in the medical field.... even when we wash our hands it is almost impossible to get under our nails clean.....





Think about what happens when you wipe your but... Though you may be cautious not to get excrament on your hands, there is still the possibility that the bacteria from your crap working its way deep under the nail bed.....





think about money and how many people touch it.... Think about all those germs from all those people getting deep under your nails....





how about when you shake another persons hand..... How about the dirt from your garden..... How about the door handle at the mall.... Wait don't forget about the shopping cart handle at the super market....





Basically what lives under your nails is nasty.... Hepataitis can be transmitted this way.... You may never get sick,,,, but then again you never know....
